BEFORE YOU GO
Winters in South Florida are typically warm and pleasant for outdoor activities but can quickly change and may include heavy rain or windy cold fronts that can last 24-48 hours. We recommend checking the weather forecast a few days before your trip so you can pack accordingly.
VIBEE CONCIERGE + LAMINATE & GIFT BAG PICKUP
You’ll find Vibee Concierge in front of the Library on the second floor at the goodtime hotel in Miami. Just follow the signs and stop by during our hours of operation or before our VIP Welcome Receptions to pick up your laminate and gift bag.

Cheers to Shakira! Before you make your way to Hard Rock Live the night of your show, please join us at The Pool at Strawberry Moon for our VIP Welcome Reception. With a hosted bar for the first hour and the opportunity to mingle with other Shakira fans, this luxurious rooftop oasis at the goodtime hotel is the ideal place for a pre-concert warm-up!

Hosted bar from 6–7 p.m. only (paid bar available from 7–9 p.m.)
RIDESHARE CREDIT & TRANSPORTATION
As part of your Vibee Experience package, you will receive a $65 Uber rideshare credit on the evening of your Shakira concert. Look for a separate email that will include a link to access your rideshare credit. Simply click on the provided link and your credit will be applied directly to your Uber account. There is a dedicated rideshare drop-off and pick-up location that leads directly into the casino.
If you choose to drive yourself to the venue, complimentary parking is available on the property 24/7 at Lucky Street Garage, Winner’s Way Garage, and Seminole Way Garage (see map below for locations).
Traffic in the Miami area fluctuates considerably depending on daily events, transportation issues (i.e. construction, accidents, etc.) and time of the year. Please allow yourself plenty of travel time to arrive early so you don’t miss a second of Shakira!
VENUE & SHOW INFORMATION
Hard Rock Live is located within the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, the flagship-integrated resort of Hard Rock International. The venue has a single entrance/exit between the Hard Rock Sports Bar and Hard Rock Café which is not accessible from the street.
Showtime: 8 p.m. ET (doors open one hour before the show).
Hard Rock Live is a cashless venue. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Debit Cards, Apple Pay.
No bag, backpack, or briefcase larger than 5” x 7” is permitted inside the venue.
Reminder: Stop by the Vibee Concierge table outside the Hard Rock Live if you still need to pick up your laminate and gift items! You will be allowed to bring your gift bag inside the venue.
