Please review the information below which includes important details about your Signature Vibee Experience, so you’ll be fully prepared for your trip. Also, keep an eye on your email inbox for another communication from Vibee very soon regarding your concert tickets!
If you need help or have questions about your trip, you can always contact the Vibee Fan Experience Team via our online form or by phone/text at 725-543-0725 from 10 a.m.–6 p.m. PT, Monday–Friday and on weekend show dates. We’re here to help make sure you have the experience of a lifetime!
BEFORE YOU GO
Winters in South Florida are typically warm and pleasant for outdoor activities but can quickly change and may include heavy rain or windy cold fronts that can last 24-48 hours. We recommend checking the weather forecast a few days before your trip so you can pack accordingly.
VIBEE CONCIERGE + LAMINATE PICKUP
You’ll find Vibee Concierge at a table outside the Hard Rock Live entrance both show nights for laminate pickup. Stop by starting at 6 p.m. to pick up your collectible laminate, or if you have questions about your Vibee Experience – we’re here to help!
TRANSPORTATION TIPS
Complimentary parking is available 24/7 on the property at Lucky Street Garage, Winner’s Way Garage, and Seminole Way Garage (see map below for locations). There is also a dedicated rideshare drop-off and pick-up location that leads directly into the casino.
Traffic in the Miami area fluctuates considerably depending on daily events, transportation issues (i.e. construction, accidents, etc.) and time of the year. Please allow yourself plenty of travel time to arrive early so you don’t miss a second of Shakira!
VENUE & SHOW INFORMATION
Hard Rock Live is located within the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, the flagship-integrated resort of Hard Rock International. The venue has a single entrance/exit between the Hard Rock Sports Bar and Hard Rock Café which is not accessible from the street.
Showtime: 8 p.m. ET (doors open one hour before the show).
Hard Rock Live is a cashless venue. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Debit Cards, Apple Pay.
No bag, backpack, or briefcase larger than 5” x 7” is permitted inside the venue.
Reminder: Stop by the Vibee Concierge table outside the Hard Rock Live if you still need to pick up your laminate and gift items! You will be allowed to bring your gift bag inside the venue.
